TRAINING

At Warley Woods Pacers, we’ve worked hard to develop a variety of training sessions to fit everyone’s needs. Whether you want to improve existing skills or expand your horizons, you’ve come to the right place.

Meet

We meet every Tuesday evening and on a Saturday morning. Our training consists of flat rep sessions, hill reps, speed sessions, tempo runs, fartleks, short, long and social runs, strength, conditioning and core workouts.

Our team of coaches work hard to deliver interesting and varied coaching sessions.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is so important for  runners of all abilities. Our training programmes incorporate strengthening exercises to make you fitter and help make you a better runner.
